of time helps us serve you faster and start your visit smoothly.
If you require any special accommodations or have accessibility needs,
please let us know in advance — our team is happy to assist.
We also ask that you provide your dental insurance information before
your appointment. This allows us to verify your benefits and give you accurate estimates
for your visit.

X-rays and Comprehensive Exam
Your visit begins with a set of digital X-rays and a comprehensive

Meet Your Dentist
After your exam, you’ll meet with Dr.
Zarger or one of our experienced
dentists to discuss your oral health and any concerns you may have.
During this one-on-one consultation, your dentist will explain their
findings, answer your questions, and review personalized recommendations for treatment.
Treatment Plan & Financial Options
After your consultation, our treatment coordinator will review your customized
treatment plan with you, including costs, insurance coverage, and available
payment plan options.
We make sure you understand all your options so you can make informed decisions about
your care — no pressure, just clarity.
Schedule & Checkout
Once everything is set, our front desk team will help you schedule your next
visit and check out with ease.

What Should I Bring to My First Appointment?

How Long Does the First Visit Take?
A typical first appointment takes about 40 to 60 minutes, depending on your needs. This includes your comprehensive exam, X-rays, and cleaning (if time allows). Our team takes the time to answer your questions and ensure you understand every step of your care.
Do You Accept My Insurance?
Yes! We are in-network with most major dental insurance plans including Metlife, Aetna, Delta Dental, Cigna, United Healthcare, CareFirst, and Maryland Healthy Smiles. Our front desk team will verify your benefits and help you maximize your coverage.
For patients without insurance, we also offer an in-house membership plan and flexible financing options through CareCredit, Proceed Finance, and Cherry.
