I am Dr. Erfan Zarger, CEO and dentist at Potomac Dental and Implant Center. My journey began with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and Pre-dental studies from the University of Maryland College Park. Fascinated by Dental Materials, I pursued a master's degree in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Tissue Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. After completing my dental education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, I undertook a clerkship and fellowship in dental implants. Today, I provide comprehensive care ranging from routine cleanings to advanced procedures like extractions and root canals. My goal is to deliver top-quality service and ensure every patient feels as comfortable as possible.

He is a proud member of the American Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, continually enhancing his skills and knowledge through rigorous continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field. Dr. Zarger is deeply invested in improving community oral health and believes in the power of digital dentistry to revolutionize patient care. His office is equipped with cutting-edge tools like a 3D intraoral scanner and CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography), which help him deliver precise and efficient diagnoses and treatments. With his expertise and dedication, Dr. Zarger works to make dental visits more comfortable, efficient, and accurate for all of his patients.

Dr. Hunter Harrison received his Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in Biological Sciences with a specialization in Physiology and Neurobiology. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry where he was inducted into the Gorgas Odontological Honorary Society. Dr. Harrison focuses on patient-centered care to promote long-term oral health. He takes pride in making his patients feel comfortable and informed with their treatment. He wants his patients to play an integral role in their own dental care through education and encouragement. Dr. Harrison was born and raised in Rockville, MD. When he is not treating patients, you can find him spending time with his family and friends or playing sports.
